Mentions and captures citing the verified website are counted separately.
A citation is not a guarantee of a recommendation.
Questions that name the business are separated from questions that ask generally for a provider. Failed or missing captures are disclosed and excluded from the valid-answer denominator.
A position is reported only when the answer contains an explicitly ordered list. Ordinary prose is not turned into a ranking.
Changes describe the captured answers. They do not prove that a particular action caused them.
