Sarasota–Manatee brokerage visibility study
We are preparing an audit of how brokerages appear in a defined set of AI answers about the Sarasota–Manatee market.
Status: research plan. No findings published yet.
The study will examine mentions, citations and the sources presented in the captured answers. It will not claim to represent every buyer, every question or every answer an AI service might produce.
What a published study will include
- The questions, selection method, query categories and AI interfaces used.
- Observation dates, capture conditions and repeat counts.
- The number of planned, valid, failed and missing captures.
- Aggregate mentions and captures citing brokerage websites.
- The cited source domains and the limits of the analysis.
- An explanation of any exclusions and any later corrections.
What it will not do
We will not publish a league table of “losers,” claim that a missing answer proves a business is invisible, or infer customer reach from a small set of repeated queries.
Individual brokerage results will be anonymized in the public report unless permission to identify them has been obtained.
There is no chart, download or launch date on this page because none of those exist yet.
