Human review before using an AI answer
A captured answer is evidence. It is not a decision.
An AI answer can be saved, screenshotted, or forwarded before anyone has checked what was asked or whether the verified website was cited. That is a capture, not a review. Acting on the answer at that point treats unverified text as a result.
Human review means a person reads the record before it is used: the date, the exact question, the product if shown, whether the business was only mentioned, whether the verified site was cited, and whether the capture failed or was refused. Mention and citation stay separate. Failed captures stay in the log.
GetMojoPR reviews those fields before a capture is used. We do not invent a citation from a mention, we do not turn ordinary prose into a rank, and we do not fill a missing capture with a later caption.
